Pistech valve (Varaam 431) is a buoyancy type water level control valve that controls the opening and closing of the valve body by operating the pilot valve by the buoyancy and weight of the buoy for the purpose of controlling the liquid level in the low tankBy using a pilot valve to open and close the valve with a piston in a fully mechanical structure that does not require a separate power source and drive device, it has good shutoff and operation at high pressure and excellent durability. - Flow coefficient Kv or Cv = Q/√ΔP, Cv = 1.168Kv
- Kv: flow rate per hour Q (㎥/hr) at differential pressure 1 (kgf/㎠)
- CV: Flow per minute Q (Gal/min) at differential pressure 1 (PSI)
- ΔP : Pressure difference between both ends of the valve (kgf/cm2 or PSI)
- When installing this valve, refer to the standard piping diagram.
- This product consists of a main body and a pilot valve. Use our standard products for the pilot valve.
- During test operation, be sure to close the inlet/outlet valves and remove foreign substances from the piping through the bypass.
- Be sure to install a strainer at the front end of the primary side of this valve and adjust the opening/closing speed according to the site conditions during trial operation using the speed adjusting screw. The cut-off clockwise speed is turned counterclockwise (CW), and vice versa when turned counter (CCW).
