AUMA:
Reliable valve actuators
In which areas are AUMA actuators used?
Actuators and
gate valves with electric drives are created taking into account all kinds of
innovative developments. They meet the most stringent international safety
and environmental requirements. For this reason, they can be used in
absolutely all areas where a valve-type electric drive is needed.
The technique
was most widely used in the food and mining, chemical and metallurgical,
pharmaceutical and cement industries.
Four types of German valve actuators
Multi-turn
devices are used to control all locking mechanisms (valves, gate valves). Whereas
part-turn products are intended to regulate the operation of only disk locking
devices.
Linear
actuators are designed for automated control of valves for special
purposes. Lever models are used where locking mechanisms are equipped with
rotary levers.
Why are AUMA actuators so popular all over the world?
High demand
can be easily explained by a favorable price-quality ratio for
products. The company's drives have several important advantages:
- wide range of torques;
- variety of combinations with gearboxes;
- a wide range of drives;
- reliable materials, wear-resistant and
protected from corrosion;
- explosion-proof devices (for some models of
drives);
- the possibility of installation and use in
hard-to-reach and unsafe places for humans.
NPG has been
supplying AUMA equipment for many years and offers you the following products
complete with NPG products:
- multi-turn actuators are used to control all
locking mechanisms (valves, gate valves);
- part-turn products are intended to regulate
the operation of only disk locking devices;
- actuator control units AUMA MATIC and AUMATIC.
